Export Sales Executive

Responsibilities :

1. Provide support to the Export Sales department with information and documentation regarding the products being handled while providing ongoing support and information to key customers of the company.

2. Actively worked on increasing sales to existing customers base and finding new leads/prospects.

3. Achieving the allocated sales target while maintaining profitability

4. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

5. Calling, preparing quotations and visiting customers to ascertain needs and interests along with order follow-up and negotiating prices

6. Booking, orders and arranges for delivery of products sold. While organizing license’s and other legal requirements for certain products, managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents.

7. Booking, coordinating and supervising the loading of containers along with facilitating carrier payments.

8. Submitting orders to the factories or suppliers and monitoring sourcing of products and its manufacturing while facilitating timely orders.

9. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

10. Customer Payment collections and follow ups, Handling grievances if any.

11. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

12. Coordinating activities among the procurement, logistics and finance department to facilitate smooth initiation and completion of orders.

4. With Experience in the same Role (Export Sales Executive)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,001.00 per month
